An initial viewing of our home is encouraged, so that you are able to get a good feel of what we have to offer. We give full details of every aspect of the home and the care we provide, as well as answering any questions that you may have of course.

After an initial consultation, Tracey, our Acting Manager, will come out to meet you, or your loved one, to perform a “pre admission assessment”.  This focuses on your care requirements which helps us to determine if our home is going to be suitable for you. In addition to this, you are welcome to visit us for lunch or afternoon tea so that you are able to experience our home, which may help with your decision making.
